Refund And Return Policy
- These conditions apply for PRISTINE products with original invoice or proof of purchase apply.
- Jewellery for exchange within 7 days, should be in the same condition as purchased and there should be no evidence of usage or damages.
- PRISTINE shall not be liable for any damages / loss incurred after the purchase of the product.
- The goods can be exchanged/refunded once in 7 days.
- The exchange / refund policy is not applicable for Pearl / custom made jewellery made against order.
- Direct / indirect charges such as customer / import / clearing / direct card charges will be deducted at the time to exchange / refund.
- Cash refund / exchange are subject to PRISTINE management approval.
