Refund And Return Policy

  1. These conditions apply for PRISTINE products with original invoice or proof of purchase apply.
  2. Jewellery for exchange within 7 days, should be in the same condition as purchased and there should be no evidence of usage or damages.
  3. PRISTINE shall not be liable for any damages / loss incurred after the purchase of the product.
  4. The goods can be exchanged/refunded once in 7 days.
  5. The exchange / refund policy is not applicable for Pearl / custom made jewellery made against order.
  6. Direct / indirect charges such as customer / import / clearing / direct card charges will be deducted at the time to exchange / refund.
  7. Cash refund / exchange are subject to PRISTINE management approval.
